    There are some people who smoked in the room. But it was so hard to catch and let them stop it. I couldn’t breathe well and It is really dangerous for a fire in the building. And The rule and procedure about this rude people was not sticked. I gave up to complain about that. Good things are 1. Good distance to tube station just 30 secon 2. Newly built so clean 3. Good price comaparing with en-suite and zone2.

    Really disappointed with the poor management of parcels. Parcels are delivered but no emails are sent out to collect it and the reception staff asks me to contact the delivery agency even when there is photograph of the reception showing proof of delivery.

    Apart from all the comments saying how terrible the experience living in this accommodation is, all I want to add is how small the shower is. You can’t even bend to wash your legs and feet that’s how small the shower space is. It would be a miracle to touch your toes in shower without bumping into the walls. Furthermore, the shower drain is smaller than any drains I’ve seen my entire life. You can only turn on 1/6 of the tap, anymore water would cause the drain to build up and unable to leak water. Then you are stuck with a water puddle taller than your ankles.

His jovial and welcoming attitude truly made a difference and made me feel very at home, it always makes my day to see him around at the reception.     I personally had a lovely time there and was lucky to meet amazing flatmates. Nice location (everything in proximity) and availability of study spaces, kind and friendly staff (reception team, maintenance team, etc.); overall my stay at Stapleton House was great. =) It is true that there were some unexpected issues (e.g. water) but nothing is perfect, and these issues were fixed afterwards!
