At Staplehurst Free Church, we believe in baptism as a public declaration of faith and an act of obedience to Christ. We practice baptism by immersion, where the believer is fully submerged in water. Our pastors are always available to discuss any questions or concerns you may have about baptism. Are there opportunities for community outreach and involvement in social programs?
Yes, we are committed to serving our community and offer various programs and events throughout the year. We have a food bank, support local schools and charities, and organize community events like summer fairs and Christmas markets. We welcome anyone who wants to get involved in serving our community. What type of worship services and activities are offered for different age groups?
We offer a range of worship services and activities for various age groups, including children, youth, and adults. Our Sunday morning service is a family-friendly service, and we have a children's ministry available for kids aged 0-11. We also have a youth group for teenagers and various small groups and Bible studies for adults. How is the church governed and what role do members play in decision-making?
We operate under a congregational form of governance, where members play an important role in decision-making. We have regular members' meetings where important decisions are made, and members have the opportunity to voice their opinions and vote on matters. We also have a leadership team that oversees the day-to-day operations of the church. What is the church's mission statement and how does it align with my personal beliefs and values?
Our mission statement is to love God, love people, and make disciples. We strive to create an environment where people can encounter God and grow in their faith, and we are passionate about reaching our community with the love of Christ. We believe that our mission aligns with the values of many people and welcome anyone who wants to be a part of fulfilling it.Reviews

Lovely people, nice environment. Thoroughly enjoyed the mix of traditional and modern songs, good Bible-based sermon delivered coherently and with a nice sprinkling of humour. They have an arrangement with Sainsbury's to ensure food is available to the needy. Car park right outside, though there aren't many spaces.

We went there for lunch, the food and drinks were very good and staff are very welcoming. Must add that the prices are very reasonable. We will go again, it would be nice if it opened more often.
