This hotel is absolutely sensational. The interior design throughout the hotel is spectacular. Our bed was better than home. But for me, hands down, what puts this hotel into a league of its own is the wonderful team of people who work there. They go above and beyond to make sure you have the best possible stay. We can’t wait to go back.

Absolutely awful customer service. Promised a refund by manager (Damien) when there was a misunderstanding with room. We were then left stranded in a place we didn’t know with a young baby. On calling back after no refund the manager Emily was extremely patronising, smug and rude on the phone refusing to take anything we were saying into account and even laughing at the end of the call. This was extremely disappointing considering the refund was already supposedly being sorted by Damien and he had even gone as far as to taking bank details to process this. Avoid at all costs!

Went for Sunday lunch. It was delicious the beef was perfectly cooked pink. The only thing that could be improved would be that the food was served on warm plates. The plates were cold so the food was warm. That’s a quick win and fix to do. Would definitely recommend and return. Just ask for the plates to be warmed!
