What an awful practice this,i moved from stanway so i had this surgery send off my medical exemption application in the october it is now april never got my card phoned the surgery because Apparently the form was sent back because it wasnt signed or stamped the Reception woman didnt care,she had a rude attitude and said what do you want me to do about it,your not with this surgery but it was still pending with them she said i dont know where it is!! without even looking,they cant even send of a form if i could give no stars i would they have allways been rude especially the reception staff,stay away!!!!!!!!

After a long wait on the phone, I have been refused an appointment with the doctor but offered to see district nurse. I accept it believing they know what they doing. The appointment has been booked for 10 am so I did have to take time of work, but I understand sometimes we have to do that. Went to see a District nurse who after seeing my skin condition adviced me to duck tape it banana skin to it!!!!!!! This isn't my first bad experience with this surgery, absolutely shocking!!!!

Thankfully I haven't needed to use them too often, getting an appointment suitable to when you are free is impossible. And when you do it's over the phone & GP rushes you thru & hangs up before you're finished. How bloody rude! Time to seek a better GP practice!

Absolutely appalled by this place. My partner rang for an appointment and was told a doctor would ring him back, they never did. The next day he rung again and the same thing happened! No one has contacted him since and thankfully 111 were more help. Not to mention the staff were so rude on the phone. I would avoid this surgery if you actually want medical attention.
