    Would give this a zero if I could. Trains delayed and cancelled without announcements. As I'm about to book an Uber, a train is announced but leaves late. It gets to Bishops Stortford and just cancels. Staff have no clue and no plans exist to get people to the airport on time. Ended up taking a taxi at my own cost. Avoid at all costs. Rubbish company, rubbish people, rubbish experience. Will take the coach next time

    Wow the biggest THIEF i ever seen in my life and all its legal and goverment doesnt do anything with them. If you first time in london they will probably steel yourse money. If you coming from liverpool street station they let you take a train to airport by using a credit card and there is no information in train about that you need to have a seperate ticket couse, like most of us we are in rush and stress to get on train and i didnt spot any information on liverpool station about this tickets as well but on the airport they are waiting for you and they check how you get there to put fine of 70£ per person that just arrived by using credit card. Disgusting way to treat turists.

    We were charged an exorbitant amount of fine of £140 at the airport travelling from Liverpool Street to Stansted. We tapped in with debit card and never knew we need a ticket. There were no posters or notices about debit card not acceptable for Stansted express!!! Unfair consumer practices. 😠😠😠 Horribly traumatising experience.

    This station did my family and my friends very dirty. They cancelled our train to the airport without notifying us before that. We understood the moment we got to the station. Unfortunately it was very late and we couldn’t get a fast transportation to the airport because there were a lot of people that needed to get there. I dont recommend because they didn’t give us any head’s up for the situation and we missed our flight because of that. That is not an attitude that should he supported!!!

    You can't use oyster or contactless. Buy a ticket or even better, just a different airport. All other airport trains take contactless/oyster, but not this one. They just fine you at the other end.

    Paid for a ticket to Tottenham Hale (£20.20) and instead got off at Liverpool St (where the fare was £20.70) after discovering delays on my intended journey. Greater Anglia staff wouldn't let me pay the £0.50 difference, instead demanding I pay a fine or travel back to Tottenham Hale! Why does Stansted Express insist on unnecessary journeys that waste time and energy? Why are staff officious and hostile to honest customers? Major cultural change needed.
