(Translated by Google) On arrival we were greeted by a rude, unmotivated lady. The room was relatively large, bright bathroom, bed for 2 people was very small (about 1.20 m?). Kettle (totally calcified) and coffee bags available, at least that. I found some sockets with USB very practical if you haven’t gotten an adapter yet. Little water came out of the shower, you had to wait a long time until it was almost warm. The water didn't run off, it stayed in the shower tray. We let the front desk know and when we asked in the evening we were told that the problem had been fixed. The water had run off, but the next time we had a shower, exactly the same problem again. The bathroom also smelled strongly of the toilet/drain. The location is also a disaster, just too far away from the city. There is a bus stop about a 1 minute walk from the hotel, although tickets are quite expensive. The bus to Stansted Airport costs about €2.00, that's okay. If you want e.g. to Westminster, you need a bus ticket from the airport to Statford = 15 pounds = approx. €17.00 (1 trip!), then from Statford a ticket for the underground etc.. I would recommend choosing a hotel/hostel in central London, the money that you might have to pay more for a room here is saved on public transport. By the way, the last bus from Stansted Airport to Stansted Airport Lodge leaves at about 6:00 p.m., after which you have to walk (about 1 hour on foot) or take a taxi (from the airport to the hotel 23 pounds). If you are traveling with a rental car, the parking lot at the hotel costs about 6 pounds per day. We were in London for the first time and didn't know our way around, so a hotel near the airport seemed practical to us. However, we are disappointed with all of the above conditions and will definitely choose a different hotel/hostel on our next trip.

The location is good, but the lodge standard is not up to what is charged. The bathroom door doesn't close. There is a funny smell from the bathroom. There is no coat hanger in the room. Rooms: Fair

Good price, good location. When we went to check in we were waiting in the reception for a while before anyone came to us, the man came from a completely different building which was a bit odd, £6 to park for 24 hours. There was some mould around the window which could do with a clean up and also when the shower was used it soaked the bathroom because there is no shower door 😬 but it is a decent enough room!
