After 15 months of problems from a different fire shop in Bradford we were left fireless, so went to Stanningley firesides a little anxious, but we needn’t have worried. We were limited with fire options as we could only have a slimline balanced flue but Joanne gave suggestions and designed what we wanted from our vision. She was extremely knowledgable, gave us confidence with our purchase and kept us upto date up until fitting day. Adrian, the gas fitter, was extremely conscientious and took great care in his work. He didn’t have enough time to finish in one day but returned the next, despite the snowy conditions, and did a perfect job which we couldn’t be happier with. Furthermore, the after sales care has been great as well. We had a very minor problem with the fire so we contacted the shop and Adrian returned, and sorted the issue out in no time.
