Went in to ask if we could have multi fuel stove fitted in our chimney. Nobody was around to talk to. The lady in the office eventually asked us what we wanted and reluctantly gave us a brochure. She said it would require 2 days labour to fit. We were not impressed and went elsewhere. We got fantastic service and it took them 2 hours to fit and tidy up - and it was cheaper.

A disappointing experience to say the least. Went into the store in August to Enquire & arrange the installation of a new multi fuel stove. Cut a long story short myself and my wife had to make countless of telephone calls to find out what was happening over a period of 7 weeks. An appointed installer from them came round to my home damaged the new surround of my fire place. Quoted “This is not fit I will not be signing this off” We agreed the work would get rectified during Installation. Still waiting months later nothing. Personally I wouldn’t waste your time with this Company. To that end we found the same log burner online considerably cheaper. Also have found another Installer able to carry out the work for a fraction of the price. Would not recommend. Do your research.

... these people installed an inset Curve imitation log fire in my living room 15 years ago ... I had issues the over shoddy workmanship even then, such as sawing through brand new floor boards ... they were so new that I hadn't paid the chippy, he could have lifted them without damage ... other issues like inaccurate measurement of the new slate hearth surround ... ... today I needed to move the fire to have some work done on the chimney only to find that they had hard plumbed the fire into the gas pipe with no way of moving the fire without cutting and capping off the gas supply ...
