Exchanged our little 2 berth here for a 4 berth . Been to quite a lot of other sales over several month's but always kept coming back here. Staff are so helpful and they even contacted us when a caravan of our price range came in and gave us first refusal . Will Deffinatly recommend and thankyou so much for all your help .

Second van from Standish Caravans. Had first for 12 months, got the bug and went for a massive upgrade last week. Didn't bother looking anywhere else, always helpful, get issues resolved no matter how much I bother them, never refuse to look at anything and amazing team. Ivan really knows his stuff, luke is just top for customer service and Craig the owner really cares about me as a customer offering a great trade in deal for my 2004 Would recommend here to anyone!

I am beyond delighted with my van purchased from Standish Caravans. Luke has gone above and beyond to help me with various questions (some random, some not) that I’ve had, and made sure the van was pristine on collection day. Not to mention getting a 16 yr old van with a warranty - as a newbie this was super important to me. All staff who assisted me were beyond helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Shout out to lady I spoke with on the phone. Cannot recommend Standish Caravans enough, brilliant “old school” customer service values that you really struggle to find anywhere else these days. I bought a caravan for £16500 and was told everything was working. Towed it home to find that there were faults with it. ie leaking bathroom tap. Blocked drains. Water stains on wall paper. Hot water system faulty and finally the alarm didn’t work. Told no problem bring it back leave it with us and we will sort it. Picked it up after being told it was ready to go. Alarm still not working. Now told that it’s not covered under warranty. Also they don’t come with leisure battery’s. So add another £100 to your bill. Really bad customer service. Luke the young lad was calling Ivan and Dave. Saying there useless. Dave and Ivan calling Luke as the weekend boy who knows nothing about caravans. The real boss is never there. I would keep your money an go to a professional establishment to spend your hard earned cash with proper after sales. If you must buy a caravan from Standish caravans make sure your alarm works and it has a leisure battery as standard. Check everything because once you tow it away they can say it’s not covered. They Had the cheek to ask me did I read the small print. Even though I only towed it 18 miles. Be Warned. Finally I have just collected my caravan for the second time and it’s come back with a broken door retainer catch ( at a cost of £16 to replace) and no battery , not even the one it went in with. Working or not.
