I would definitely recommend Stanbridge Fitness to anyone wanting to achieve fitness, strength or weight loss goals whilst actually enjoying the experience! Before training with Connor I'd tried lots of different group exercise classes but never really made any progress. He encouraged me to push and challenge myself to actually get results. Every session is fun and varied and Connor is fantastic at teaching technique and adapting exercises to suit all abilities. I had previously been intimated about being in a gym full of super-fit people but I now feel confident and actually enjoy being there. Thank you Stanbridge Fitness!

Connor is a first-rate PT. He knows his stuff and gets results!! He’s a really nice guy, puts you at ease, takes the time to get to know you and what you want to achieve, creates varied training plans so you never get into a lull and keep progressing and is great at motivating you to push yourself harder than you ever thought you could! I’ve been training with Connor for about a year and a half and am so much stronger and fitter than before. Highly recommend.

I have been training with Conor over the past year. He’s extremely knowledgeable and pushes you when you need it. He’s also very compassionate and understands when you’re having an off week and need to get some stress out! I’ve trained with him both before being pregnant and during my pregnancy and he is knowledgeable in antenatal exercise too!
