After recently collecting my car from Stan Palmer Ford in Wigton after having some repair work done I would like to share my experience. After phoning a few garages to obtain prices including non Ford garages, Stan Palmer was very competitive indeed and decided to have the work done by them for peace of mind and expertise. My recent experience of using Stan Palmer being a first time customer is one of complete excellence of the very highest order. I was provided with a wonderful courtesy car for the duration. The customer service was outstanding from initial quotation and warm welcome, through to regular updates regarding the works and parts needed or not needed. Due to the works being carried out and the distance between them and my home I asked for multiple test drives once work completed and as a result done so willingly and with understanding. Upon a final test drive they found a small insignificant rattle within drivers door and upon collection today, rectified the problem while I waited and squeezed me in within their extremely busy schedule. I have found Stan Palmer in Wigton to be impeccable, great customer service which is second to none, amazing professionalism, gracious, courteous, understanding, efficient combined with excellent workmanship. The whole team including Sam and Mike within the Service Department and Martin one of their technicians have provided me with a great experience, absolutely outstanding - Thank You and Well Done!!

My wife was offered a job as service advisor on the 4th october which she accepted on the 5th october, she was waiting for a finishing date from her current employer which she found out on the 7th october. She then emailed Ed the service manager at 14.38 confirming her starting date to then receive an abrupt email on friday evening stating that the job offer was resinded. Ed and Neil (Managing Director Apparantly) attitude stinks and she has had a lucky escape from working there. Apparantly 2 days is too long to wait for confirmation of a start date. So now my wife is without a job in these difficult financial circumstances. I hope the new service advisor that has been offered the job reads this and see's that she was 2nd best!! Wouldnt want to buy a car from them if this is how they treat and speak to people.
