Paid £160 for a stamp & ink a month ago and unfortunately still nothing has arrived. Apparently it’s still in “transit” with Royal Mail. Stampit just leaves you with the tracking number and isn’t interested in chasing it up with Royal Mail..not good enough I’m afraid..

First order got lost. Wasted a month trying to follow it up and waiting. Still, I gave it another try.... Second order was wrong. I wrote a super clear instruction regarding the size and the image. Turned out the size was wrong and the image was mirrored. It was useless. So disappointed and frustrated :(((

Placed an order on Friday for next day delivery cost £12.99 it is now Wednesday and the order has still not been despatched. Called them up and all they can say is we can cancel and refund you, which will give me no time to get my order elsewhere. Disgusting customer service.
