I had 3 small tattoos done from this place recently and from a customer service point of view, I wasn’t impressed at all. I’ve only had one tattoo prior to coming here and the difference in service was shocking. I was nervous to begin with anyway but going into the shop and being met with poor customer service, no conversation being made at all (not even a hello) and just a stand off ish attitude, I wanted to leave before we had even started (I didn’t as I’d paid a deposit). I was instantly put on edge and felt uncomfortable which is not how you want to feel when you’re getting a tattoo. I also had to make a change to one of the tattoos and I felt as though the tattoo artist was really annoyed about this. My friend was also not allowed to sit next to me whilst getting my tattoo done which made the experience even more uncomfortable given how nervous I was. This wasn’t a problem at the previous tattoo place I went to. Overall, I wouldn’t come back to this tattoo studio. Service: Tattoos
