    After calling at 9.10am for an appointment and joining an queue my husband is still at no.3 in line after 2 hours 45 minutes (the no. he's been at for 30 minutes). No other way of getting an appointment. Calling the office also results in the same call queue. A new system offered by the manager also failed previously (fill in a form and wait) with no response whatever for a whole week, plus no record at all of that form/request when reception were questioned about it the next week. A look at the practice's website offers no answers: Photos attached of the Patient Access route which is no. 1 option on their site which shows the reply that the GP does not have any appointments available. I'd like this practice to account in any response with what the route actually is to complain about this surgery as I've previously had a similar experience with them and the form route they then suggested clearly does not work. I'd like to offer no stars but this is the only way to post this review.

    I have been suffering from Severe ear infection , for last 3 months , was prescribed Antibiotics & Ear drops didn't Help my ears have been leaking clear fluids continuously had vertigo feeling unwell , phoned GP was told by the DR just take Ibuprofen . After 3 months i had to have a right go at them to refer me to an ENT specialist only when i told them that i would complain to NHS that they took me seriously, and even then they told me ENT Dept at Homerton don't take urgent referrals , they are wrong they do.

    I am literally SO ANGRY at this GP. The most horrible service ever. They were not able to treat my Urine Tract Infection correctly 3 times and that's why I now have recurrent UTI that are extremely persistent and the fact that I am pregnant doesn't make them take it more seriously. Absolutely horrible. Never again. I am changing the GP.

    This is outstanding practice and Dr Vinay Patel is an absolute Master in his field. I found this GP as welcoming, polite, helpful, professional and full of respect towards me during each visit and phone conversation. I've never seen a practice so clean and hygienic as this one. A big thank you to the whole team!

    My mother and father 92 and 90 have been at the practice for over 40 years recently the practice has begun ignoring them more and more to the point where my mother has found to be vitamin deficient because of a failure to do blood work . Upon finding this out it was also promised that a doctor would contact her and sort the situation out. After much effort to get the doctor to respond we finally got some basic vitamins. The medication unfortunately causing much distress so she attempted to contact the doctors she was fobbed off for over two weeks. Eventually somebody finally had the courage to say that the doctor has no intention of contacting her because now Stoke Newington Church Street is inaccessible for them and they are overstretched this is absolutely gob smacking to me that you would drop two people of 90+ years have been your patience for 40 years during a heat wave. This is truly shabby and low behaviour. The fact that they have been struggling for two weeks to find out that they now refuse to see them is a true act of cowardice.
