A 5 star rating for a 5 star dental practice. I have no hesitation in giving this rating or recommending this practice to others. Yesterday afternoon, on Wednesday 21st December 2022, I broke my dental plate. With only two working days left before Christmas, and knowing that I was singing and leading a Service of Lessons & Carols in the residential care home where I was working on Friday afternoon, I had the vision of having to let the residents down and not having my plate over the Christmas holidays. I turned up at Stamford Bridge Dental as it was starting to turn dark. The lovely receptionist was so kind and compassionate and listened to my plight. Before I knew it a Dentist had checked my plate and confirmed that it could be repaired; a laboratory technician, who was under the weather himself, arrived and collected my plate. I was asked to contact the practice again the following afternoon when it would hopefully be returned. I have just left the practice thankfully wearing my repaired plate. It is Thursday afternoon. What incredible service. But the icing on the cake is that the practice was not meant to be open this afternoon. When these lovely people heard of my plight they manned the reception so I could collect my plate this afternoon. It’s a story like this that makes you believe in mankind and the spirit of Christmas. Well done and thank you so much to Stamford Bridge Dental what a great team you are. If anyone in the Stamford Bridge, York area is looking for an excellent dental practice you need look no further.
