I started playing bowls again after I nearly abandoned it last year due to extra work in Dufftown with whisky festivals etc. Now on full pension at the age of 70, I enjoy the Yorkshire League we play and the new friends I have made at the bowling club. After 6 months I became Drawn Pairs Champion, Nominated Pairs Champion and Runner up in other competitions. Try it, it's lots of fun!!!
