I had a blow dry here and was quoted £25 for the service, the lady who blowdried my hair was nice but I feel untrained, she had a bad technique, frizzed the ends while burning me on multiple occasions. I asked for a bouncy blow dry which was frizzy and straight, and a different person had to finish the front. It was not combed properly and the parting was all over the place so I asked to do it. To make the blowdry "last" they suggested tonging my hair, this was left on far too long. On leaving they charged for two services at £55, I had leave to attend a wedding so just paid and left as I could tell they felt they had done a great job (debatable). The tonging outcome was nice and did drop out to look wavy, but I could have just booked in for a rough dry and tongs or could have done a similar job at home, when paying for a service especially £55 for a blowdry I expect alot more. I personally would not return and feel more training is required for the stylist. Service: Blowouts

The owner is very humble, friendly and sincere with her clients, she tailors each treatment to the individual’s needs. Will definitely go back again and recommend to all.

Owner is very offensive and unprofessional. She picks on peoples insecurities and makes offensive comments to try sell more products. She’s easily distracted and doesn’t give you full attention unless you opt for the treatment she suggests which are the more expensive treatments. She put very minimal effort into my haircut which was uneven and spent more time criticising my skin. Her humour is offensive and borderline bullying. Definitely won’t be returning!

brilliant service my first visit here and I can honestly say from the minute I walked in I was made to feel welcomed. Fozia cut my hair which was well over due and I feel fab. more so I was chatting the whole time I was there and even had a little tour of the other rooms they have and services they provide and so much helpful advice given to me I will definitely be coming back would highly recommend Service: Hairstyling
