Sam is not only an incredible personal trainer, but also a man who has acheived great things in both bodybuilding and powerlifting. He's been there and is a physical example of what people aspire to be. Forget training with PT's who claim they know what they're telling you, but have never got there themselves. I've been trained by Sam for coming up to 4 months now and the results have been incredible. Training with Sam is challenging but is as equally rewarding. Every session is worth it's weight in gold. Do what he says and listen to his advice and he'll get you to where you want to be.

Sam is a great personal trainer! He has the skills and the knowledge to design a bespoke training plan to suit your personal needs, as well as diet advice. Not only that, he knows how to push you that little bit further to really achieve results, fast. I've been training with him for 10 weeks now, and I can see and feel a big difference. I've also learnt how to use the gym properly, and safely. Sam is also very friendly and a pleasure to train with. Thanks Sam!

My search for a personal trainer was a long one, one that involved lots of research to find someone who not only looked the part, but clearly had the right knowledge of diet and training techniques to help me transform my body and educate me on what I needed to do to achieve my goals. Sam Watt ticks all of those boxes and after first following his page and then meeting him to discuss personal training, it was clear that he was the man! Other trainers I met with just simply didn't compare! Sam has built a solid reputation as a top personal trainer and after training with him for 10 weeks it's very clear why. He motivates, coaches and teaches, which is important to me, as I'm a basketball coach and I would want nothing less from someone charged with getting serious results. I've lost 7.5kg in the 10 weeks, but more importantly, I've changed shape, lost inches, developed muscle, increased my fitness and energy levels and my once painful knees and hip are now much more flexible and not as sore. I've also gained a lot of knowledge of diet and how my previous eating habits (not eating enough!) were a serious detriment to my health & well-being. This was truly a life investment! If you are serious about getting into the shape of your life, then you really need look no further! 10/10!!!!
