I ordered a New Trade Range with Glass stair from Stairplan and have nothing but praise for the efficiency of the sales department and the quality of the product and the delivery service. As we were working on a budget there was some trepidation ordering sight unseen as the cost was very reasonable when compared to other sources. What we received was a product far superior to anything we had seen and while it was not a full oak stair, just a trade stair, the quality was anything but "budget". My questions on fitting were answered instantly and politely by Lee. I would have no hesitation using Stairplan again or recommending them without reservation.

Recently purchased an oak and glass staircase from Stairplan after being recommended by a friend! After vising the showroom i was blown away by the quality and attention to detail, I have never seen a showroom like this before and its Incredible! I was shown around by Lee who was super welcoming and even showed me around the factory. All the staff i dealt with at Stairplan were super helpful and friendly I am so delighted with the overall staircase the quality is is amazing and is the WOW factor to our home.

Recently bought my dream staircase from Stairplan. All I can say is 10/10! The X-Vision staircase not only was the staircase amazing but from start to finish I was amazed by the quality and helpfulness of the staff. Lee and Graham’s service and helpfulness was superior from showroom to measure to installation! So great to see people who have pride and enjoy there craftsmanship! I bought some glass brackets/clamps from stairplan and they are fantastic, I had bought some cheap ones before but on comparison stairplan ones are a much superior product. Very fast delivery even during covid19 and their customer sales department, in particular Lee are immense. Quick email replies and really helpful over the phone too. 5 stars for sure.

I had ordered my balustrade and hand rail on the promise of a good quality finish product from visiting a show at the NEC and speaking to a representative of stair plan. Agreeing to collect my product at their warehouse at Telford was clearly the right decision. On arrival i found that an item was missing off my order which for what ever reason had a newel post short? not sure how this was missed however giving them the benefit of the doubt stair plan promptly amended (along with the increased cost). Then i was told that the hand rail manufactured for me was 60mm rather than 66mm so a new one had to be machined in workshop situated at the rear of the building. Customer service - so far so good!!! After receiving all the items which i had assistance packing into my van (helpful), although no inspections or sign off sheet was handed over to me on retrieving the goods. I got home to unveil that the machined profile of the 2400mm hand rail had left a raised lip on top. On further investigation of my handrail, see attached photos of the poor standard in which the HTR bend had been agreed to leave for shipping. This was clearly no what I expected considering the product isn’t cheap & that a high-quality finish was promised. This has left me hugely disappointed with a handrail that is neither fit for purpose or the finished article neither. Spending time sanding down and filling was not what I had envisaged after placing my order. The video attached capture’s profiled edging failing to align leaving protuberant lips. Following this please see pictures evidently showing cut chamfered edges which is obviously a manufacturing error. Major doubts now circulate into what actions I will be taking moving forward. One certainty is that the faulty material along with the fixture & fittings I have been supplied will not be installed in my property. No attempt of a response or any kind of acknowledgement from stair plan has been made after a number of emails stressing my dissatisfaction. Utterly shocked and let down!!! Unfortunately, therefore the score of 2 out of 5 is a fair representative due to the finished quality of product and lack of customer after care. GO ELSEWHERE!!!!

Excellent company to do business with. Sally was exceptionally helpful on the telephone and answered every email immediately. Ordered the Fusion range items, delivered promptly the next day. One of the newels got damaged in transit, it was replaced next day, no quibbles. Placed another order, items out of stock but Sally went the extra mile and contacted the suppliers and had them sent out earlier than expected. Delighted with the products, very fair prices and service second to none. Will definitely recommend this company to anyone. Thank you. P.S. the end result is stunning.
