I had to make an Emergency call to Andy on Christmas Day Morning. Our Eden Stairlift broke down with my Mum stuck on it half way down the stairs. We totally rely on the lift as my mum cant do any stairs Andy was amazing. He took time out of what was a very private day with his family to talk me through fixing the issue. I cant thank him or recommend the company enough. 5 stars isnt enough
