Weird how the 2 x 1 star reviews both posted 3 days ago when Kal has been away on holiday for 3 weeks. Ignore those reviews from ex staff. Shame really as this guy is top class. Dreadful service!! I arranged for this guy to fix my parents stairlift few weeks back, he charged my dad for call out charge and new batteries, stairlift broken down again and i tried to call him to fix the problem, his phone is switched off for over 3 days, so we had to call another company to tell us that its the batteries again , because this guy put in used second hand batteries when he told my dad he put in new batteries and charged him for the price of new one. Avoid him if you can .

Avoid him at all costs for the sake of cost saving called him to do a job for my dads, he so called replaced the charlift and put in another one in , the chairlift fell all the way down with my dad on it , its a miracle how dads survived the accident. local authority and trading standards got involved, he is not answering no phone calls or text messages . My advice is to keep away from this cowboy.

These guys are amazing. Kal was so helpful right from the start. He was on-time, efficient, tidy. I wish all trades people where like this. He fixed my Mother-in-Laws stair lift at short notice. Excellent knowledge. Very competitive. Will be using him again for servicing etc... Simply Superb !!!!!!
