I purchased a bespoke staircase from them. I really needed something specific, the width I needed was smaller than normal and the angle I needed was steeper than usual. The stairs was delivered by a very friendly and helpful person. The stairs are now in and fit absolutely perfectly. I cannot fault a thing, I am very pleased and would recommend stairbox to anyone.
