Sent email enquiry through their website for new replacement stair. Received a belated response after 2 weeks requesting photos on which to base their quote. Not the level of service or interest we were expecting from this company. Received an unpleasant phone call from Jake today just after this review was left. He felt the review was harsh but I confirmed the facts were correct as documented by email. He then resorted to expletives and said I would be seeing him real soon...
