For a railway station as busy as Staines serving a large town the amount of seating on platform 2 is a complete joke . Two benches and a waiting room that’s been shut for months means at rush hour you have little hope of sitting down .

Nice Station, it has lifts and a footbridge to cross platforms. Ticket machine sometime not working but staff are nice and understand the situation and let you through. No major problems. 5 Stars
