Terrible experience, I had to replace tooth feeling 5times in my front tooth because every time it fell out after 2-5 days ( no warranty), I had to pay every single time Also they told me I had no more teeth for treatment. When I went to different clinic to make sure , I was informed I have 7 teeth to repair ( they were in really bad condition) I don’t recommend it

The receptionist are rude! Was late to an appointment due to an error on my own part, but I got there and the receptionist with long black hair proceeded to tell me I was late and would not be seen whilst smirking. This was extremely aggravating considering I was already quite distressed over a tooth that had fallen out. The blonde receptionist was not helpful either. These uneducated and untrained little girls should not be the first point of call for people who require help and empathy. Susan came to the rescue to diffuse the situation and I’ve not had a bad experience with the dentists here but will not be using this dentist again due to the receptionists poor customer service.

I am registered since 2012. It was amazing first years but now no. They cancelled the appointments 2 in a row, second one with 40 min before. The old staff was really nice now they changed the staff and the new dentist that we been allocated, would not name it, is not emphatic at all with children, is cold and is not explaining what will do to children treat them an adults.

This used to be a 5 star for me. But then my dentist left and has clearly gone down hill. Booked an appointment for a checkup which they then cancelled on the day! Had to wait ages for another appointment. Was then booked in for 2 appointments for fillings, which again had another month to wait! Been in excruciating pain this whole time. Then today the day of my appointment THEY CANCELLED! Yet again. Didn’t give me a reason why and just wanted to book me in another 3 weeks!!!! Seriously not impressed. What do they expect you to do when your in this much pain! 🤬

I was seriously phobic for many years after a bad experience and am still a very nervous patient which is no problem for this practice. Receptionists, dentists and dental nurses all help me to manage my fear. As important is that the service has always been of a high quality and last week with a new dentist (always a bit scary for me) was no exception, I’d certainly recommend this practice especially for folk like me.

Has always been a very reliable dental practice with the exception of long waits to get appointments even when it's an urgent. You have to ring up at 8am and see if there is an open slot. This is unusual and it appears that Covid has taken its toll. The staff are all young and most are new to the practice as it has recently changed hands. They all seem very pleasant and expertly trained and I am sure the practice will continue to be run as competently as always.

I can v highly recommend this dental practice. The nhs as a whole is going through great pressure, and staff are working extremely hard under v trying circumstances. Despite this, the receptionists are always genuinely personable and caring, friendly, polite and helpful. I recently had a course of crown treatment which was reasonably priced and excellently done. Thanks to dentist Paul and the whole team. Your high standards of genuine care, I have greatly appreciated. Happy new year.

I told the dentist that I had tooth pain which I thought was an abscess. He x-rayed the tooth and said there was no abscess but it needed a filling. I was not happy about this so I went to a private dentist who agreed there was an abscess. Instead of getting this treated on the NHS I had to pay £480 (not counting the £96 new patient consultation fee) to get it treated.
