Amazing company! I originally booked a limo with a different company for my mates stag doo, however, the day before that other company cancelled. I contacted Jason. Jason was very understanding of the last minute request, he did everything in his power to ensure we got a limo to pick us up at the time we needed it. Jason was prompt and kept me up to date with regular texts and on the morning called to confirm. The driver, Clifton, was literally bang on 12pm (the time we booked) ans took the time to take photos for us. We were able to drink and put our own music on which added to the atmosphere and experience. Even considering the last minute call I made to book, Jason gave me an extremely reasonable price! Jason also called a couple of days after (when the hangover cleared haha) to ensure that our experience was what we expected, which it was more Highly recommend and will be using there services in the futures!

The perfect start to a great stag weekend, we used StagFactory for a friends last weekend as a bachelor and it couldn’t have kicked the weekend off any better!! The whole set-up was friendly; attentive and top notch, shout out to Jason for helping us organise things smoothly; and to the Lovely Laura for being an absolute sport and Les for knowing the bumpiest roads lol .. Planned an hour ride for my sisters birthday, @stagfactory were so helpful and took on this last minute plan, that same day! Our driver Clifton was friendly & very professional. Fantastic experience dealing with Jason from stag factory . I booked a limo with 2 dancers for my brothers stag do in Newcastle. Jason was communicative and helpful from the beginning to end. Shocking customer service. Booked for school prom and did not turn up. Jason claims to have tried to make contact even though it was confirmed 4 months pervious and deposit was paid. I messaged 48 hours before the event to confirm again and asked for bank details for final payment. I Chased again in day of event but no contact even though he claims he texted- he didn’t. I was left with 10 Children and their families late for prom after last minute transport had to be arrange. i will never use again and would certainly not recommend ! Service: Theme parties
