Why have a 95 bus service running when bus driver drives past you because its full of school kids who have their own school buses, another 30mins wait, for maybe another to drive by!!!

I’ve been waiting in the cold and rain for the 1620 bus. It turned up 30 minutes late and will only go half way to where it says it goes to???? The service has been cut short. Why? So I will have to wait for the bus behind and hope that goes to where it’s supposed to or get a taxi. And you’ve just put the prices up!!! Rubbish service

Sat waiting for the 7pm no 1 bus on a Saturday night to Mapplewell. The screen says it's due, at 7pm it disappears and the next bus is due in 30mins. Will it turn up or won't it? If the bus is cancelled, for whatever reason, then please communicate. 🤯

Been waiting for 2 hours keeping a track of my bus soon as it gets to hoyland its turned around and gone back to Barnsley this service needs to improve. Its getting beyond a joke now.

Rip off, cost of fare on arriva fitzwilliam to hemsworth, £1:80 cost on stagecoach £2:20 for same journey on same day at same time.Why ,fares are sponsered by Metro in west yorks why 40p more?it costs stagecoach no more to run the bus than arriva they are identical vehicles, its highway robbery , avoid this miserable money grabbing company,even their staff dont recomend,!
