I do get a little concerned with the cleanliness at Havant Station toilets as the information desk is inside and next to the ladies and gents so I'm curious why this has been an issue for so long as it's very unsanitary and vulnerable passengers may need to use this facility. Other than this the buses are usually always on time, most staff and friendly and helpful and suggest cheaper fares when available. Cost of living increases with public transport so it's important to advertise that better and all staff to let passengers know. The staff are not the issue at the station it is some people that use the station as a hang out and abuse staff or passengers which makes the depot feel like an unfriendly and unsafe place. I do highly recommend this bus station though as stagecoach do take full responsibility when concerns are addressed. Thank you xx
