Our daughter attended for a number of seasons. The "rule" is you are not aloud to stay to watch your child during the session, only the first 15 minutes on the first day they attend! On one (infrequent) end of term session where the parents could stay to watch the activities, it became immediately obvious the staff had written off my daughter !!! During activities where the child had to role play, instead of allowing my daughter to choose a character (like the rest of the children), one of the staff told her what to be. Then when another member of staff walked round to guess the character the child was acting, my daughter was repeatedly being ignored! It was very upsetting to watch. You DO pay a PREMIUM to send your child here, and I feel cheated, all the funds we paid out for this, plus more importantly for our daughter, who the staff obviously saw as a hindrance! NEVER AGAIN !!
