Service 39 regulary misses out buses during peak times. Very bad for people trying to get home from work. This needs to be looked into and improved to provide a reliable service.

I would like to give a shout out to the extremely friendly driver of bus number 5 at around 12.47 comin from Newbold back in to town driver had Curley grey hair and wore glasses I didn’t no name of this kind bus driver sadly but I would like to say thank you for spareing a minute whilst waiting for my mother in law who was running down the road on other side it makes a diffence to no you had a smile on your face happy and pleasant and was patient thank you I’m extremely great full it’s made my day even as it would have been a long wait if we had to wait for another bus

Not once this week but twice your drivers of the 43 dronfield route,have been rude,ignorant and have been a danger to road users. Monday i was adhering to the speed limits and for this was flashed lights at and tailgated and this am as i was on my side of the road going up the hill by the fire station at dronfield have been made to reverse back as your female driver swore and hand gestured for me to give way to her. I am very disappointed with your service and do not recommend if this is the attitude you promote.
