Buses late, breaking down all too regularly, not stopping or not showing up. A lot of the drivers are rude and honestly, with what I pay for a bus pass, I'm not getting my monies worth. This service is unreliable.

Absolutely disgusting service no 1 to staincross , my children have been waiting since 3.30 to get home 3 busses missed/cancelled snd one bus came and wouldn’t let them on as it was full !! It’s now 5.13 and they’re still not home , it’s dark and freezing !! I want a phone call to explain why my children have been put at risk !!! X

Went on the 220 bus number 26032 around 225 this afternoon from Brampton Church to Wath Upon Dearne , on getting on the bus Lewis the driver was so polite and even said good afternoon and I can honestly say it was a pleasure to be greeted with such a friendly manner , definitely 5 Star service
