I commute regularly on the KITE service, and to start with the positives, most of the drivers are helpful and pleasant, and the buses are generally clean. However, there really are some capacity issues on this route which need to be addressed ASAP. Morning services are often ridiculously packed, and with COVID-19 social distancing restrictions in place onboard the bus, people (including myself) are sometimes left standing at bus stops. I do think that either the frequency of the route needs to be increased or that more double decker buses need to be deployed, as it's really not acceptable to have three separate buses (20 minutes apart) drive past you because they're full, meaning you cannot get in on time.

Stagecoach Aldershot is alright but in recent times things have been slipping. Frequent bus routes have been downgraded. Buses are often late. Cleanliness is shocking. Prices go up. Bus routes have a lack of publicity. The ticket office was closed with COVID19 used as an excuse to give up paper timetables. Some drivers are so rude and so unenthusiastic I would not get on a bus if they were driving. These were some of my experiences when I commuted regularly for a year (and this was before the pandemic), which is a shame for me being a bus enthusiast to see a company giving a lack of care for its customers.
