Everything started very well and I was incredibly impressed with service offered, however, this went quickly down hill. The lights I hired didn't work and they have refused to refund me, even though I have sent pictures proving they did not function. There is no out of hours support (Saturday afternoon!) to help if you do have issues with equipment which they were quick to point out they had no obligation to offer! However, if it is not offered they cannot then dispute the fact we could do nothing about the lights not working - I have all proof of the fact that I tried to email and call them on the Saturday afternoon, an hour after we had collected the lights. There are no instruction manuals supplied with the products so we even tried to download these off the internet - the lights still did not work. Yet - they still won't offer a refund!
