I received the items I ordered on the next working day as advertised. I wouldn't normally bother writing a review to say that, but seeing as all the other reviews are so negative I thought it would add a bit of balance. Only reason for not giving five stars is that the delivery charges are entirely out of proportion to the cost - I paid nearly £20 delivery for a <2kg packet which is more than double what it would have cost to ship.

Avoid this company at all costs: Dreadful experience throughout. Charged £10 premium of express delivery and no sign of items after a week. Repeated calls, emails, etc with no reply. Paid through PayPal thankfully so got refund but lost £10 in return postage when the items finally arrived after a week (when I had made alternative arrangements). Truly woeful. i have no idea how this bunch of cretins are in business.
