Absolute joke of a doctors surgery. If you want to see a doctor DO NOT come here. You arrive early touch screen check in is hit and miss so when you que to see a very abrupt slow receptionist your appointment time has passes so you can't see the gp but its OK for them to leave you sat there 30 to 40mins past your appointment.

The doctors and nurses themselves are great and I can't thank them enough for their care, I'd love to give the individual doctors 5stars. The problem is trying to see them... 2+ hours in a queue on the phone is ridiculous. You're greeted by a receptionist who tells you to call at 8 the following morning if you want an appointment within a week. She then offers you an appointment in 9 weeks, despite it being on your record that you're to call if you haven't improved by XYZ date... so she tells you to go to A+E (for a non-emergency). She also says you can't get a face-to-face appointment, everything is by phone. Unfortunately I need long-term care for my chronic illness, and I say unfortunately because it is almost impossible to access it. If you could actually get an appointment and the receptionists were more understanding and helpful instead of telling you to consider changing practises or physically go in to request an appointment (that you likely wont get)... both stag and rose court surgeries would be great. They are in need of a huge change of reception staff, and ability to access appointments and care.

Can not fault the doctors at all. Have been absolutely brilliant through Covid when heard many horror stories of other doctors. Telephone appointments absolutely brilliant for us workers, I can be anywhere in the country and get the help I need. I'd also say that when needed a f2f appointment against this has been excellent and in a timely manner. Well done

Go through the longest queue on hold to realise that the only reason it went down is people hanging up as you get to the point it's ringing and no one there answers. Been on phone ringing for over 10 minute with nothing. Worst thing is thus has happened more than once
