Fantastic service. Emma can't do enough for you. We had a few issues finding the right hat for my daughter and Emma persevered until my daughter was happy with the right one. I also bought a coat that ended up with a manufacturing fault and Emma personally delivered me a replacement! Lots of businesses could take a leave out of Staffordshire Saddlerys book 😄

Definitely recommend Staffordshire Saddlery, I made my first order recently & unfortunately some items ended up out of stock but Emma emailed me stating this straight away & was communicating with me every step of the way. Emma gave me the option of a refund or to exchange for other items/sizes so there was no pressure either way 😊 Emma came personally to deliver some of my order as an apology for the issues which was a lovely thing to do & highly appreciated! Although there was some small issues with my first order, I'd 100% recommend ordering from Emma & Staffordshire Saddlery because she resolved everything & went above & beyond to make sure everything was okay & I was happy! When Emma delivered everything I wasn't disappointed, everything was brilliant quality & for great prices - thank you! 5 🌟 in every way!
