I ordered my bench from Amazon and the bench didn’t turn up so I went through Amazon chat and I spoke to an Anthony and I spoke to Chris and they’re all saying the bench will be there. We deliver ourselves blah blah. I get a message from Amazon again today saying the bench was going to be delivered today by 8 o’clock, but I also read text message from the company saying next Wednesday so after eventually finding a phone number called a young lady in the office, who told me it wasn’t being delivered till next week nearly a month after I ordered it. I did no contact with them until yesterday and she didn’t really care at all that they have the lost business over and out they said they cannot get off of Amazon extremely bad customer service

My garden furniture was delivered yesterday and the young man who delivered them, very kindly took them around the back and placed it at the bottom of my garden on my new patio. I am very pleased with the product, the after sales service and the delivery- I will recommend this company to my friends & family.

What a lovely treat to deal with a company who contact you with a delivery date, then actually deliver on that date! The solid wood table arrived ready made and was carried through to the garden . Very helpful. Outstanding product and excellent customer care. Will definitely use Staffordshire Outbuildings again and recommend to everyone I know!
