Went to test a 1000r black edition without owning my full licence for a year there was a bit of back and forth but turned out their insurance covers new riders which is good Had a hour or so on the bike no pressure to get it back to them in 5 minutes turns out the bike wasn’t for me but gave me a fair px value on my bike if I wanted to trade it against any of their models the salesman can’t remember his name said come back and try any of the demos you like being a Africa twin or a hornet etc more dealers should be like this it only takes you to ride one you like and then you’re both happy

Rang the dealership to arrange a viewing that didn’t happen as I purchased elsewhere. A deposit was taken to secure the bike which was promptly refunded. Throughout the entire process I was in contact with Steve who was courteous and professional. If Honda is the brand on sale and this the type of customer service available it can only be 5 stars!

The guys at Staffordshire Honda I found totally amazing. I dealt with Steve when I booked in my Honda 1998 vfr with no M O T the guys there did the test I knew it would fail and it did but the team there sorted all the MOT work at a very very reasonable price. When I went to collect my bike my debit card failed there was absolutely no pressure from Steve or the team they allowed me to ride off into the sun and even told me to come pay the next day. I would most definitely recommend Staffs Honda to anyone I will be in touch soon guys. Thanks for everything.

I went in looking to buy a new CB1000R black edition, but the guy was busy selling a 15 year old VFR for peanuts and said he was single crewed. I waited around for half an hour then gave up and left. I then tried to book a test ride using the honda main website, and only just got a voicemail today (2 weeks later) saying I couldn't test ride the 30th anniversary Fireblade as no one is even allowed to sit on it!?!? To be clear, that is a completely different bike to the one I enquired about. I appreciate motorbike names are a collection of numbers and letters and may be confusing to some people, but if you work there, you should probably learn which bikes those specific numbers and letters refer to 🤷🏻♂️ So I'm getting a BMW instead. 15k walking off, 100% because the moronic staff don't know how to treat a customer, or seemingly even the names of their own Honda bikes!?!? Good luck with your business plan 👍
