My first and last visit to this place. First impressions; i was met by one of the staff who one had control issues and 2, the verbal communication of a bull. Unfortunately my child came out very upset and scared. The child has done martials arts before but this is by far the worst place that we’ve ever attended. İ have over 20yrs martial arts experience and i would never return back to this place.

As a parent I watched my son eagerly train and something inside me awoke and I too wanted to get back into doing Karate, the atmosphere was very welcoming and the instructor Paul Smith was very accommodating. Since then I have had the privilege to have Sensai Paul Smith guide me on my journey being a better person. Karate teaches you more about yourself than you can imagine, confidence,self discipline,self belief,humalty, it strengthens your body and your mental well-being for whatever reason you want to take up karate to help bring out the best in you I found that it as done just that one final comment when times are hard you find you have an extended family that simply want to help unconditionally 😉
