Staffords lost my iron and they wouldn't compensate me for the loss. If they give you issues take them to small claims court. That was the only thing that got them to resolve the problem. They are so unprofessional and horrible to deal with.

COWBOYS Brand new Kenwood food processor sent for repair. Completely different used unit sent back....with a big crack on the base! Looks like they have transferred all the serial numbers onto this used unit to make it look like the original. This unit also went through a "quality" check with bits rattling around inside it and a split casing. It is clear to see that the serial number stickers have not even been put on correctly.

Six month old Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee machine started working randomly. Nescafé told me that it would be repaired under warranty. Three weeks after pickup I found a very large box on my doorstep that contained my machine wrapped in many metres of bubble wrap. No contact at all from Staffords Ltd before or during or after the machine was taken from me; no paperwork from Staffords Ltd on or in the box. Staffords repair? The machine does not work - precisely the same faults. A total waste of time. Wasted money spent on boxes of Nescafé coffee pods that are sitting in the cupboard. Nescafé have told me that the machine will be repaired under warranty i.e. Groundhog Day. Do not buy a Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee machine but, if you do, just buy your Nescafé pod boxes one at a time. Save yourself money and forget Nescafé's multiple box offers.

Full praise for Stafford's engineers. They repaired and cleaned my De Longhi coffee machine. New parts; the steam generator now works perfectly. The item was collected from my home and delivered back after three weeks. Couldn't ask for more.

Actually, i do not need to write review for this company after seeing too many negative reviews from other public. Its my bad luck i did not see these reviews before contacting them. I was referred by KENWOOD but it was my big mistake. They took £190 for repair, it took about 3 months to repair and machine was broken after 3 weeks. Warranty was given for 3 months. On contacting, they refused to repair and asked for full amount for new repair. I think this the only company who have so many bad reviews and i can confirm from my own experience, all are right.

This company provided a replacement Nespresso Loan machine whlst my faulty machine was being repaired. The replacement machine did not work showing an unfixable fault and now has to be returned Having read other reviews I now understand why I am having trouble with my Nespresso machines as the service support is useless

If I could give a minus, then I would! Bought a new Kenwood Chef Titanium for my wife as she's wanted one for years....delivered from Kenwood direct with no issues at all. Started it up, but there was a strange "grinding" noise! And shook the bejezus when on full blast!! So, called Kenwood, they said that it should be taken to their repair shop, Staffords! No problem...took LOADS of photos, then bubble wrapped it to within an inch of it's life! In the box, DPD collected & off it went. 2 weeks later, ding-dong on the front door.....DPD delivery! Cool we thought.....opened it up & notiched the worlds largest gouges right in the front on the machine! Livid wasn't a word we'd used!!! Just zero (and I mean ZERO) care from Staffords! Spoke to Kenwood again & they offered a "juicing attachment" as compo.....don't think so love!!! £25? Really?? So Royal Mail have now collected & I "TOLD" Kenwood that we want a new (not rrefurbished) mixer without delay! Then I read all these comments from others who've had the same (if not, worse) experience with these "people"! Just avoid AT ALL COSTS!
