The school does not get in touch, the money about 7000 pounds did not come into the account. Unfortunately, this year I was denied a study visa and the school agreed to refund the money with the retention fee, we sent them the bank account details (Arab Emirates), all data checked, then the school wrote that made a refund, but the money is still not on the account, we wrote them two weeks later, we would like to see confirmation of the transfer, but they replied that there was a mistake and the money will come in four days! However, they still had not sent a confirmation, two weeks later we wrote to them that there was no money and we wanted to see confirmation of the transaction, but there had been no response for a week...we called the school, but they ignored us. We corresponded in the online mail, so we have all the proof.

NEW UPDATE: I had a bad experience with this school for the CELTA course, they didn't care at all. I suppose to join the new batch in July that I was transferred to, but now I have my reasons not to join; one of them is that I'm still traumatised by how they treated me. My STORY AND EXPERIENCE: I was eager to take the CELTA course at Stafford House London, but it turned out to be a huge mistake. The course cost me 1300 GBP, and I was excited to learn and grow as a language teacher. The first mistake is that at the first zoom meeting for all CELTA candidates, nobody from the staff or the supposed person who would meet us showed up. They made us wake up in the morning, we canceled our plans, and then they kept us waiting for more than 40 mins then nobody showed up, and we didn't even receive an update email! A day later, they rescheduled the first meeting and didn't care about other people who asked the meeting to be recorded, few people joined, and I was one of them. A few days later, the manager sent me other assignments and tests, and gosh, it took me a long time to complete them; then, it appears she sent these tasks by mistake and was not supposed to be for CELTA candidates. Anyways, the experience was far from positive. The tutor that I was assigned with was biased against me for no apparent reason and treated me differently from the other CELTA candidates. I was the only one who received negative feedback and comments about my performance, which eventually led to a mental breakdown. Not only was the tutor unappreciative of my extra efforts, but they also made me feel inadequate and undermined my confidence as a teacher. I felt like I was the only one who was struggling, and it was a daily battle to keep up with the course. The tutor's lack of professionalism and biased behavior was unacceptable, and I felt that I wasn't getting the education I paid for. They wasted my time and energy for nothing. Protect your peace. I reached out to the school and expressed my concerns, but they were not willing to help. The manager promised to assist me in transferring to another batch which I told her would suit me the most, I gave her multiple dates that I like, then we had a minor discussion about April batch that I'm not really interested in, I didn't show enough care to join the April batch like what I did with the other dates, but she insisted that I join April LOL and she precisely knows that it would be a struggle for me to join April since it will be Face-to-face and not online and I live far away from London; she never followed through with her promises, she kept on ignoring me and kept on defending the tutor, and said there is no evidence of the negative treatment! When I showed evidence of the negative treatment I received, the manager dismissed it and took not declaring my mental condition (anxiety&depression) as an excuse to not help me now, and that I should have declared it at first. Thankfully, I'm not struggling with anxiety&depression anymore, but I'm truly traumatised by their behaviour which will attract those mental conditions to anyone. Even though it was never mentioned in the agreement as if I have mental (condition), they used another term that contradicts my mental condition and ethics. Then I ignored her and called out the principal to solve the issue, and it took them long enough to transfer me to a batch that I desired, which will be in July 2023. I was extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and empathy from the staff at Stafford House London. It was a waste of my time and money, and I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone else. I highly advise against enrolling in this school, as their reviews are artificially inflated and the staff lacks any kind of empathy or professionalism. If you're looking to take the CELTA course, I highly recommend going to International House London (IH) instead. They have a reputation for providing quality education and a supportive learning environment. Don't risk your mental health and financial investment by enrolling in Stafford House London.
