Very poor service from start to finish. Unprofessional and not worthy of the and status. Car developed an issue with the air conditioning within a week of spending c. 50k on year old Q5. Stafford audi offered poor options for the resolution which meant a 3 month wait for the air conditioning to be fixed. Bought a service plan and chased 5 times for the link to be sent and the lady has still not sent this. Not the standard of service I’d expect for an Audi garage despite the impressive array of cars.
