I would have given 5* but I got to the salon 5 minutes before my appointment time and a young girl took my coat and seated me upstairs. She got me a coffee and I waited......I waited 30 minutes because the young girl didn't tell the stylist I was there. I did however get a phone call from the stylist to ask where I was because I was half an hour late for my appointment
