The best group of staff at stables gym, led by Katie the manager. I travel 20 mins for the sauna, cold plunge which is therapy for my back and knees. The ballet classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays with Peter is helping with my balance and posture. Lost 3 dress sizes since January and gaining my confidence back! Thanks to the encouragement of the amazing staff who treats us all with dignity and respect. The gym is also Very clean and tidy.
