Our boiler started giving problems after 2 years. It was installed by a different installer and I suspect that the work wasn't done up-to standard. Anyways, the Boiler was covered under warranty from the manufacturer and they had to come out twice in two months to fix the heat exchanger issues. On the second visit they wanted to wash their hands away with warranty and recommended that the Boiler is power flushed. Panic kicked in and I called Stable Heating Services about the issue. The lady over the phone was very kind and explained what I need to look at before carrying out a major piece of work. I went in and checked the radiators as advised and checked for any debris or murky water and was glad that it didn't have any of these symptoms on any of the radiators. She also explained in detail as why they would recommend such works on a boiler that is only 2 years old. I wish I went to them for my Boiler replacement instead and could have avoided a bosh job. Alas! I will use Stable Heating Service definitely for my future needs. Thank you.
