Totally messy toxic management at this job so far .. Starting from induction first day very opposite informations for what is actually on this job after start work there. As I'm a professional decorator for price work they told something in the induction and after I'm start my work there totally messy management,full of other workers in the plot's,very messy too etc etc etc.. When try to sort out with this guy's managers actually you get a yellow card or red card a bit later just becouse you have a say about how we need to do our price works specially,and on the pandemic they allowed to work at same plot at least 5person at the time ,and the induction say opposite when I'm start there.. I'm quite after few plot's and very big headaches with the cartoon network management there in place who behave like a jail officer's. The question is they have have huge lack of professionals in they're job's 🤣,but also they refuse to listen to the operatives,much easy to push them away using toxic reasons or excess of power specially for guy's who not manage proper English or know proper the construction law in place.. They have on media or online top company, quality,etc etc etc but actually they're realistic value is miles away from 5stars I can say maximum 2,5 🌟🌟.that review is not a frustration at all is actually a help for them to wake up I mean top positions there and see realistic what is going on there..and second reason was becouse I see the decoration company there QPS desperate posting online very excessive offers for painters and decorators after they actually push them away be part from they're toxic management there togheder 🤣 .. Fantastic day everyone 🌈🌇😎
