    A lovely place to live. I moved here in June, this is close to my work place in central London and easy to travel to elsewhere with good transport links. Very convenient with local amenities etc. I have also made a few new friends through community events. Happy with the building service team so far.

    I enjoy living here, it’s a great location and super friendly. I love using the gym it’s very clean and modern. My son enjoys playing in the park and adores the adventure playground. It’s convenient for me to travel easily into central London and enjoy a short drive to Alexandra Park for quality family time and beautiful views.

    Don't be enticed by the modern aesthetic! The building has so many issues which the POD management team have no interest in resolving. The balconies are completely exposed and so unsafe yet they will not let residents put up wind breaks or safety nets. The wind is so strong on higher levels that you cannot even open balcony doors. The rubbish area is disgusting and rarely ever emptied despite protests from the residents. The building management change the rules at their will with no notice or agreement to residents. They claim to be a pet friendly building but don't allow pets in any of the secure garden areas. Pets are also not allowed in any communal facilities. They don't tell you this until after you have moved in and can't actually provide any evidence that this is a building policy. But the headaches arguing with them simply aren't worth my time. But the worst part about living at Clarendon are certain members of the building's staff. In particular, Adam is extremely rude to residents and many of his colleagues. He is often very condescending and shows no respect towards other people, and makes no effort to actually help resolve issues. Don't get me wrong, some staff members are very nice but many leave due to the horrible atmosphere.

    It turns out St Williams cares more about its appearance than the safety and well-being of its residents. We own our own flat and have a balcony. It gets very windy and we are quite high up. The rails have gaps between them so our friends’ kids are tempted to go through them. Our cat as well had an affinity to go through the bars. Obviously we were worried and we put up screening for the security of our friends’ toddlers and our pet. After a year of having this screen up, we received a complaint from the company claiming that we take down our screen we put up on our railings. We explained our reasoning but the company cared MORE about its appearance and protocol, rather than the actual safety of our friends’ young children and cat! The screening on our balcony prevents toys, babies, and cats from falling through the railing. Apparently, as of now, they prohibit screens and light fixtures on balconies, but ignore cigarette butts being dumped on others’ balconies from their neighbors. This is NOT okay considering we live here and this is our home. We deserve to make sure our balcony feels safe and comfortable. It is OUR home. They claim to be pet and family friendly, but completely ignored our concerns for safety and well-being. They have yet to provide solutions nor show that they care about their residents’ opinions and preferences. They are, unfortunately, seeming to be a company that does not value the satisfaction, safety, and issues of its residents. We have been clearly disappointed in their management and they have yet to address this overwhelming dissatisfaction. I would have expected better from a company which touted itself as pet and family friendly. I suppose they will appear to play this role on paper and in their sales pitches, but dissatisfy their actual residents with their services.
