I went down this morning as I had an an appointment at 10:45 only to be told it was a telephone one but when the appointment was made I was told it was a face to face appointment but the receptionist was very very very rude and said it was a telephone one I said to her sorry but I was told it was a face to face she said I wasn't I said I wasn't no matter what I said that I was told it was a face to face she was having none of it. She then asked me to wear a mask I explained to her that I am exempt from wearing a face mask but she said I had to wear one natter what she raised her voice at me and said i had to wear one I explained to her again I am exempt I asked to see a doctor witch she refused I waited in the porch way in the end a lady came down a manager and she took me to a room and we talked I explained what had happened and she apologised. This place is getting worse for many years now the receptionist have been very rude

You ring to make an appointment because medical attention is needed to be told ring in the morning or next week because they can't make appointment, then to have the phone put down on me because I said I didn't want to phone back tomorrow or next week and that I wanted to make an appointment now as the doctor was needed today and not next week, absolutely disgraceful service from the receptionist

Absolutely no issues with this GP. Always seen promptly. My big fear is needles, I can feel faint at the very thought of one, but the nursery was very sensitive and to be honest I never even realised I had the injection until it was all over :-)

If I could leave 0 stars I would, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this surgery as I have had two misdiagnosis within 8 years from this practice. I am now with station lane surgery and would not look back!!!!
