Have to agree with the comments, everyone at the centre are amazing, polite and very helpful. I had issues but i think much of that is due to so much strain on the NHS then anyone at the centre.

well Im happy to have healthcare, & the GPs are great, but geez if you've got chronic health conditions like epilepsy just getting a medicine review which you must do to get meds takes forever to get an appointment. you dont hear back when you use the online service, you cant get through on the phone after 50 minutes, geez I just need a box ticked so I can get my regular medicine! i spent like 4 hrs last month, I am up to an hour this month and still have no appointment. I dunno I guess the NHS is being privatised by the torys. it is very frustrating & no wonder people are angry by the time they do get through!

This GP will leave you to die, honestly I could be on their doorstep and they still will leave me there. The staff are incompetent and show a lack of empathy. The doctors take an inconsiderable length of time to get back to you. This place needs to close down. Asap

I'd leave zero stars if I could. The worst GP practice I have ever had. Have currently been waiting two weeks for my GP here to sign a piece of paper I need for an urgent private healthcare referral, and the receptionists repeatedly say there is nothing they can do to help or speed it up. In person, the receptions are rude and cold. Another private GP helping me has gotten so frustrated with this practice that he reached out to them on my behalf himself. I had blood tests done here a few months ago and they also forgot to inform me of my results. I had to chase after three weeks of not hearing anything. They have an online system to submit documents which I used a while back, and then heard nothing. When I chased AGAIN they told me the online system must have been broken and they hadn't received anything. They also routinely do not give call backs when they say they will. It is impossible to get even a basic standard of care from this practice and I feel at a loss as to being able to access the medical attention I need. Literally awful.

Was on hold for over an hour when I finally got through I was told the surgery was packed and phones were extremely busy. I decided to walk to the surgery only to find 4 people in the waiting area. I was then told to wait only 10 mins to see a doctor after explaining my situation. They need more honest staff
