We were recommended ST&R as a mortgage broker through a family member. We are in a very complicated type of shariah mortgage and it was an incredibly stressful process to get the mortgage in the first place, so we were desperate to get out of it as soon as we could. Devon was assigned our case and has been fantastic. She always calls me back quickly, always gives me updates and feedback as soon as she can, never makes me feel stupid for asking a question I don't understand. She has had to reassure me many times over the last few weeks when issues have appeared, but i felt able to trust her and leave things with her. She has just got us a fantastic rate with a high street lender and we have now fixed in just before the interest rates are starting to go up too so we are so grateful. She has certainly made this experience 100% more pleasant than the last time we got a mortgage. I definitely recommend using Devon and we will certainly be using her next time we remortgage!

I'd have given no stars if that was possible. Paid insurance for 2 years only to realise the company we had been paying contract their clients out to sub par companies. If I had known earlier I would've avoided at all costs. Waste of money for 2 years at £25 per month.
